Dolcetto Alba doc Brusalino Cascina Fonda 2019 Alcohol content 13% vol. Made FROM 100% Dolcetto grapes. The wine matured 6 months IN steel vats AND 2 months IN the bottle. Purple AND bright ruby red. Teasing, pleasing AND intense aromas OF strawberry, raspberry, cherry, plum. Hints OF fresh red flowers. IN the mouth it IS NOT very powerful, but pleasant AND inviting, WITH good freshness AND delicate almond aftertaste. It goes well WITH bean soup OR grilled paillard.

morellino scansano bruni 2020 Alcohol content 14% vol. Produced WITH 85% Sangiovese grapes AND 15 %OF other vines. The wine matures IN wooden casks FOR about 6 months AND IN glass FOR a few months. The colour IS an intense, brilliant AND bright ruby ??red. Pleasant aromas OF red fruits, violets. Slightly spicy. IN the palate the wine IS warm, FULL-bodied AND tannic, WITH fresh AND tasty notes. Lingering AND pleasant TO drink.You can drink it WITH aubergines stuffed WITH meat, bean soup WITH bacon, grilled pork cutlet.

brunello montalcino biondi santi. Alcohol content 13.5% vol. 100% Sangiovese grosso. Aging: minimum 36 months IN large oak casks, the remaining TIME IN bottle. Seductive clear garnet red colour. After oxygenation it releases intense aromas OF fruit jam (sour cherry), dried red flowers (violet, rosehip), leather, topsoil, spices, rhubarb, tobacco AND tar. ALL this ON a background OF flint AND wet earth. Warm AND lingering taste, fresh, stylish, WITH velvety tannins. Best WITH aged cheeses.
